Icaps Europe was formed with a prime function specialising in the Support for Legacy Emerson / Bristol Babcock / Bristol 624 MK11 (5453) Pneumatic Instrumentation Controller Range of Instruments.

Having over forty years experience with the Bristol 624 MK11 (5453) and Associated Control Components our aim is to Provide a Service for both the Product, Associated Instrumentation and Control Systems.
Offering a Partnership rather than simply being a Product or Service Provider we can work with our Clients to enable they keep the Installed Control Systems Reliable and Operational.
Icaps extends further its Capabilities by working in Collaboration with Other Quality Companies to offer a Broader Instrumentation and Control Package.

Instrument Repair, Refurbishment and Upgrading

Depending upon your requirements, we can provide basic repair service, full refurbishment and an upgrade path to meet current manufacturers specifications

On Site Repair, Calibration, and Control System Set Up

For the times units or processes cannot be returned/shut down, we provide repair, calibration and control system setup on site.

Control Unit Servicing (AD)

All units are fully stripped, components found faulty replaced, reassembled and fully realligned in test fixture.

Calibration

Using standard certified equipment, instruments are calibrated to meet manufacturers specifications.

Training

Training in instrumentation repair, calibration setup or on site control tuning can be undertaken on your facility in a suitable room, or physically on plant.

Associates

When required, we work with selected associates to provide a complete engineered instrumentation and control package.
